DOES YOUR PRICE STABLE?
Barring any unforeseen market conditions, we strive to maintain our prices for years. You can refer to your last invoice record and reorder with the same pricing.
WHAT IS MOCKUP SERVICE?
A packaging mockup or product mockup is a digital proof that can be checked on a computer for colors, item appearance, and overall quality. We offer a free mockup service when you have an order contract with us. If you only require a mockup as a single request, we will charge you a reasonable fee. WHY THE FOB PRICE IS SO HIGH TO A SMALL ORDER?
Please note that there are two fixed fees that will be charged regardless of the order quantity. These fees include Customs fees and factory fees.
HOW MANY COLORS CAN BE PRINTED ON MY BOXES & BAGS?
There are no limits on the number of colors we can print. We can print up to 20 colors (including CMYK and Pantone colors). Please inform us in advance, and we will provide you with a small layout for your approval.

HOW ABOUT SAMPLE COSTS?
Stock samples are provided free of charge, regardless of whether it’s a box or paper material. However, customized samples are subject to a fee, which varies depending on the box type and printing finish.
HOW WILL YOU PACK MY PRODUCTS?
We always pack our products with Kraft paper and packing bundles for corrugated boxes, and with a master carton for rigid gift boxes and printed paper products. If you have any customized packaging requirements, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to meet your demands.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
For some products, we have set a MOQ of 500 units, but for most products, we don’t have a MOQ. Please inform our sales team in advance.
HOW LONG TIME FOR MY ORDER PRODUCTION?
Order quantities of less than 50,000 pieces will always be fulfilled within 10 days. If the order quantity exceeds 50,000 pieces or if the packaging requires extensive manual processing, negotiation may be necessary.
